Following public outcry, the Supreme Court revised its controversial August 11 order. Now, only aggressive or rabid dogs will remain in shelters. Dogs that are sterilized, vaccinated, and dewormed can be released back into their original areas. The SC expanded the case’s scope nationwide, calling for a uniform stray dog management policy incorporating ABC rules and mandated designated feeding zones.
